St. Joseph Hospice & Palliative Care accepts inpatient hospice care requests for when your loved one chooses to spend their final days in a hospital setting or in any institutional care facility of their choice.
From personal care, the assistance of ADLs, to emotional support, our coordinated team of care professionals will make sure to keep up on your loved one’s designated schedules to provide them the care they need.
Our inpatient care services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Aid with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist with evening routines and tuck-ins
- Mobility support
- Companionship such as cheerful conversations and other forms of socialization
- Dressing assistance
- Meal preparation assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Safety supervision
- Incontinence care
